The Big Apple here we come! (or came:-)

Fun fact about my husband David and I...we both love baseball! Growing up in Ohio, my favorite team is the Cleveland Indians and David's is the Braves. We have converted to Rays fans except when they are playing the Indians like this week. Sorry Rays fans the Indians did smoke them and they are unfortunately on a 7 game losing streak. Anyway, we decided that each year for our anniversary we want to visit a different city with a baseball park. So far due to other travel it's been Cleveland and Detroit. Since it is the last year for Yankee Stadium we decided to make that our number 3. Below are the hot sheet highlights of our trip......

This was the sunset from the plane, the colors were amazing!!No this is not me, but I had to take a pic of one of the fake Lady Libertys running around the city. I'd rather have a pic with the real one! Much better! It was super hot too, just like home:-)
I actually got someone to take a cool shot of us.
On to Ellis Island. I'm acting as though I'm still interested in the audio tour after an hour and a half! It actually was really neat to hear about how our ancestors got here. Only in Time Square can you find a gi-normous Eddie Murphy head!
On our anniversary we went to see a Broadway show called Boeing Boeing, it was hilarious! We're waiting for intermission to be over here.
Yeah, this is the line we waited an hour and 40 minutes in for Grimaldi's Pizza. It is a little place under the Brooklyn Bridge and was for sure the best pizza I've ever had! Sorry Chicago, NY wins!Yankee stadium....the Yanks did beat the Red Sox, good thing they are building a new stadium they definately need one!
I would love to shoot a wedding here! This was a beautiful garden in Central Park. We rode bikes around the whole park from Manhattan to Harlem.
