Sneak Peak...Shawn and Crystal Gayle's Engagement

Several months ago Shawn called me to see if we could coordinate he and Crystal's engagement shoot. Time sure does fly! I finally got to meet them and do their engagement shoot this past Friday. Crystal came from Toronto and Shawn came from San Diego to suprise a friend for their birthday. They are such a fun couple! Shawn's sense of humor compliment's Crystal's sweet personality. Bobby Bellamy's 40th Birthday

Bobby was definately suprised when he walked into the room! His wife Jennifer was suppose to be taking him to a concert and instead he ended up at a suprise birthday party! I shot this event for Cindy Stonehouse from Stonehouse Events. Cindy did these really cool lighted photo center pieces and did a really great job coordinating the entire event! Unfortunately I didn't get to taste the cake this time but there is a picture of it below:-)

Sweet 25 Years of Marriage!

In November, Geoff and Paula Blair will be celebrating their 25th anniversary! What an amazing milestone in life! David and I are over 10% of the way there:-) This past weekend we went to Siesta Key to do their anniversary shoot and you sure can tell how much they love each other! Happy Early Anniversary!! Below is a sneak peak of some of their pics, their slideshow will be up soon. The last one is of my husband who was along to supervise:-) he was proud of the fish he caught by hand, see if you can find it in the picture.

Super Bowl XLIII

Since Tampa is the host city for the superbowl coming up next february, they have a huge Host Committee and tons of ways to get involved. One of the ways is to be a part of their Emerging Business Program which is great because it gives local businesses the opportunity and exposure to work with the host committee. So, Carrie Wildes Photography is now certified by the state of Florida as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise and listed in the Emerging Business Guide!!!

Latam Restaurant and Catering Vendor Partner!!

I am so excited to be a vendor partner with Latam Restaurant!!! Last night I attended one of their tastings for their brides and the food is amazing! The grouper and salmon were my favorites!! They do both catering and have a really unique venue for both weddings and receptions located in Latam at the Centro near Ybor City. They have been around for 40 years so also have a great list of businesses they partner with. Their services include a great wine selection, table settings, mobile kitchen to serve your event at any location and a lengthy menu options. David and Denise can take care of any type and size of event you can come up with.

Calling all SENIORS!!!!!!!

So, I've gotten a couple of requests to shoot some senior pics so I figured why not!! It is soooooo much fun!!! This past weekend I did Sylense Labit's senior pics. Sylense is a beautiful girl and so full of life! We went all over Ybor using the amazing historic background and managed to get in trouble in Urban Outfitters, no picture taking in there! It always better to apologize than ask permission I say. These shoots are super laid back, you can bring as many outfits and friends as you want and all sessions include a cd of images, online proofing gallery, and show-it web slideshow to whatever song is your fav. You can even have the code to the slideshow and post it on your myspace or facebook! I couldn't wait to get some of these posted so here they are. Slideshow coming soon!!!!!
